What we do

We design and deliver assessment centres for organisations who are looking to recruit the best individuals for a role. We offer these services either as stand-alone assessments, or can integrate them alongside your existing recruitment processes.

We also run training workshops on a wide variety of topics including presentation skills, networking, and goal setting, and we can offer 1-1 career mentoring or group or individual coaching. We can work with your existing employees to enhance their skills to do able to take the next step in their career- whether that is a promotion within your organisation or as the result of redundancy.

As a social enterprise, for every paid assessment or workshop we deliver, we offer free sessions to local individuals in need of assistance to find work. The format of these sessions is designed around the needs of the individual, and can include one-to one career coaching, mentoring, CV & interview help or attending a mock assessment centre. All the sessions are designed to boost their employability.
